As you can see, Dexter was preoccupied and wasn't up to helping me draw a name for my giveaway. So I threw the names in my cauldron, and drew one out myself! The winner is:Debra - from She Who Seeks!
Congrats! Once I receive the goods from Jaz, I'll pop something special in the mail for you, along with the magical treats I've picked out!
For those who are looking for some more goods, Jaz left me a comment saying that she's digging up wonderful things for another two giveaways!
She says "I've decided to do two more before Halloween. I am doing an end of the trip giveaway and a Halloween one as well. So if there are people you would like to give a heads up to, let them know. The end of the trip one will include.......stuff from the end of my trip..hehe!!! I stopped in Stockbridge earlier today and bought a bunch of stuff from the Berkshires to add to it. I am not sure what all I will put in the Halloween giveaway but I want it to be special so Iwill get down to it as soon as I get home."
Thanks Jaz - have a wonderful "end of the trip!" Please check out Jaz at her wonderful blog Octoberfarm!
I should also mention that Christopher Penczak doesn't really run a "witch school" exactly. He is a legitimate teacher who has been a Pagan for many years and who has a wonderful library of books he has authored, if you are interested. He is teaching a course on witchcraft, which includes topics such as meditation, science, energy work, healing work, etc. A friend commented that it sounded like I was going to some wacky-Hogwarts by the tone of my last post. I know that you all knew what I was talking about and can also follow his link in my sidebar - but I thought I'd clear that up just in case - LOL!
Also, thanks to those commenters who understand my rather significant crush on Alan Rickman - giggle!
I've spent the weekend pumpkin hunting with my neices (pictures to follow) and I'm a bit behind in my reading - so I'm off to catch up on all your wonderful blogs!
Blessings,
Rue

And now I go Squeeeee on my own behalf! Thanks so much, Rue! I'm so excited to have won! Please send me your email address via a comment on my blog -- I moderate all my comments so I won't publish that comment from you but will email you privately and send you my mailing address. Again, may I just say: Squeeeeee!
And oh yes, I know what you mean about Alan Rickman. I'd switch for him!
congrats Debra.. I am sure you will have a wonderful surprise from Rue... Didn't know you were on vacation also Rue... enjoy yourself... I took a look at your "Witch School" online.. looks like you are going to simply love it...
Congratulations to Debra!! :)

boo
I go away for a few days, come back and have missed a giveaway AND an Alan Rickman photo??
I honestly think I'm more upset about the second, since Alan Rickman is a crush of mine as well! ;)
I love that picture of Dexter :-) On line Hogwarts sounds interesting :-)
Dexter is so cute, he looks just like my cat! I think its so amazing how much black cats look alike! My cat is a cranky old man now.. but so much fun. I love him to bits! My Sid! :)
Congratulations, Debra! I'm SO happy for you!!
You on-line course sounds extremely interesting, and I'm sure that you'll learn new insights to help you on your Path.
As for Alan Rickman, no explanation is necessary! lol I too adore him. Have you seen the version of Robin Hood, where he plays the role of the Sheriff of Nottingham? His comedic talents shine through. It is priceless!
Congratulations Debra!! WooHoo!!
Alan Rickman......mmmmmm....yum!
Dexter is such a cutie! He does look busy.
Congrats Debra!
Congrats to Debra! I look forward to more giveaways. :)
Congrats Debra! Gosh I need to get on a giveaway for The Vintage Sage. I haven't had one yet (not that I remember). Lol! Can't wait to see the pumpkins you get!
xoxo
Michelle :)
Okay...I love the idea of a wonky Hogwart's school of Witchcraft, but if couldn't be that than your regular class will have to suffice...ha! And I LOVE the kitty pic...so super cute! :o)
Why is it that cats are so afraid of water, but love the bathroom sink? My Minga is always in ours.
Wow- just thinking about what school would have been like if alan rickman had been one of my teachers.. That would have definately improved my attendance record : }
Congrats Debra !
I love the pic of Dexter. I though it was just my kitty that had a bathroom sink fetish. Mine removes the drain from both the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, and bats them about the house. I thought it was some kind of disorder, I guess it's just kitty coolness! Love your guy though - he looks so playful!
