Time and Clarity

I'm having a bit of a hard time figuring out where this month went! Although January and I are not fast friends, I'm still suprised that the month is nearly over and February is peeking around the corner.

This week has gotten away on me but I did find time between birthday dinners, work, unpacking, shopping, and hockey games to do some full moon meditations and two rituals this weekend. I'm not sure how I did it all, but I think it has something to do with the fact that I've only gotten five or six hours of sleep the past few nights, rather than my much-needed eight.

My meditation time has been increasingly profound, and I'm not sure if it's the full moon energy or that during this time of change that I've been going through, there is much to be gleaned from the journey. At any rate, it's very rewarding to be getting clear messages even if they aren't always things that are easy to hear!

I hope you've all enjoyed this full moon weekend, and had some quality time to yourselves too! And now Imbolc is a heartbeat away from being upon us, and there is more celebrating to be done!

PS - thank you for the sweet sentiments on my last post. It's not easy for some of us to toss our bits out there for the world to see and read. It's fellow bloggers and friends like you that make it so rewarding to have a little space here where I can be myself! I just adore each and every one of you!

We adore you Rue! =)

I'm happy to hear things are going so well for you right now, there does seem to be a lot of energy available for things right now which is definitely a blessing, I do indeed chalk it up to this amazing full moon we're having and the sabbat. Don't forget to give yourself some down time too though! I too value as much "beauty sleep" as possible and know how harried it can get when we don't get enough. ;-)

Well done on a busy filled January! Wasn't the full moon magical? I could not sleep myself, only for staring at it! Have a funfilled Imbolc, it has come around so fast!

The clouds kept the Moon from view but I knew She was out there. :)

January did fly by, didn't it?!

I agree completely, this month has gone in a flash... perhaps because I have been busy, perhaps because I have been withdrawn but it has certainly gone and gone fast.

The last few days and nights have been very powerful, I don't think I have ever had so many signs, visions, dreams and intuitions as I have had over the last week... not that I am complaining, it is very welcome.

Have a very blessed Imbolc my friend. May Brid bless your home and hearth with love and light. xx

Yeah, wasn't it New Year's Eve, like, last week?

I agree, January has raced by. Usually it creeps for me, but not this year.

I had a wonderful full moon experience. After my usual meditation I went to bed. My dog came and woke me about 3:30am to go outside. And as I stood there waiting for her to come back in I was amazed by the light of the moon (which earlier was covered by clouds). It spread across my yard and made little shadowy pictures in the quiet snow. I can't explain the feeling, but it was right.

This month did go by in a flash, but it seems the older you get, the faster time flies by. I had such a wonderful view of the moon. All I had to do was open my back door, and she was right there above the house on the next block. Had a wonderful weekend. Glad you are finally getting things back in order.

Good to see you Michel - missed you!

Sara - I love when I'm woken up in the night for some reason and get a good moon-view! Your experience sounds magickal!

I love the full moon, but man it does a number on children. Friday was crazy at school. That alone told me the full moon was upon us. Moon and weather play tricks with a kiddos energies.

Wishing you a blessed Imbolc.

I can't believe that tomorrow is February first. Mama says that time speeds up the older that we get. Sounds like you have been very busy, productive. How are things going with your shop? The weather here has been yucky, cloudy, rain and cold.

I am so ready for spring... I missed seeing the full moon this month due to the lovely winter weather we had... I caught a brief glimpse Friday eve as it was darting behind clouds.. yet I will say that its light on the newly fallen snow was beautiful... Made the outside night look like day...

Seriously...where did January go?!? My little guy will be 4 this month and it's just flying by! Congrats on the full moon rites and the meditation time. You sound really peaceful.

Ahhh - we need that silence to hear the messages correctly. How blessed to have such a beautiful full moon. They say with more meditation we need less sleep...

January passed in a blur for me too, which is unusual. Being so cold and gray, both January and February usually drag on and on and on. ;)

So glad to hear your meditations are going well.

Adore you, girly!
