A quick tour of the Ventura Market in California - taking place every Saturday.
This time of year our market is overflowing with produce; there is so much in season right now! Do take some time and support your local growers and head out to the farmers market in your area. Most markets will run until the Fall - as long as there is fresh produce to pick. Even though the Summer days are shortening, there is still plenty of time to enjoy it's bounty.

Such gorgeous fruits and vegetables. I saw those tomatoes and all I could think of was a nice sandwich of tomato and mayonnaise. I grew up on that. We used to pick them and makes sandwiches. Yummy!!!
